Take to the water this summer for a unique floating picnic and experience Brentford from a new perspective.
Hosted in partnership with local water sports club, Team Keane, book a Katakanu – each of which holds six people – for an hour-long peruse down the River Brent.
You’ll be given your very own, dedicated picnic basket to enjoy on the water, full to the brim with tasty treats from The Brentford Project’s very own on-site bakery and restaurant, Rye by the Water.
Only available to bookings of 4 or more. Please indicate any dietary requirements at time of booking; all needs will endeavour to be met where possible.
Following the success of his workshops at The Brentford Project in summer 2021, much-loved local artist, Mr Mr Peace, is returning to host another series of three guided painting classes.
Whether you’re a seasoned sketcher or simply dabbling with daubing, take inspiration from Brentford’s charming waterside location and surrounding greenery during this Thursday evening session.
Each ticket includes a welcome drink of wine or a soft drink from on-site eatery Rye by the Water. Easels and painting materials will be provided.
Join Ballymore at The Brentford Project for a mega mixology masterclass, with each session offering guests the opportunity to learn the art of crafting the perfect cocktail in a different theme – be it with gin, vodka, or rum.
Throughout the evening, you’ll learn how to make four different cocktails – with access to your very own, fully-stocked bar – all led by an expert mixologist who is on hand to guide you through the process and answer any cocktail-related questions.
Indulge in a little healthy competition with other guests, working with your bar team to design, create and present the best cocktail of the evening.
There’ll also be a welcome cocktail waiting for you on arrival too.
This July, The Brentford Project is transformed into a living stage with an afternoon of immersive theatre. In partnership with The Walking Theatre Company, head over to west London for an interactive matinee performance of Robert Louis Stevenson classic, Treasure Island. One for all the family, you’ll be immersed in a seafaring quest for buried treasure…
Pirates ahoy, yo, ho, ho!
Pirate Island is where we go.
A map and a plan is what we got,
Calling all pirates to join our plot!
Dressing up is encouraged – prizes will be awarded for the best dressed across all ages! Please note, the performance follows a gentle walking route, and will be a standing event. Your ticket includes a welcome drink of pirate punch – with a non-alcoholic version for younger pirates.
