With his Larder offering already up and running and a soon-to-open restaurant, Sam's Waterside, taking centre stage on the waterfront, Sam takes us through why he set his sights on The Brentford Project, the benefits of forging new connections and becoming a part of the Brentford community.
Meet Merlin McCormack
The passionate owner of classic and supercar hub, Duke of London, Merlin truly is a man about town. The master behind London’s one and only authentic Tex-Mex offering, Richard is warming up West London’s culinary scene at his restaurant, D GRANDE. Having made his home at Duke of London at The Brentford Project, Richard’s mouth-watering menu – and of course, his margaritas - have already made D GRANDE a must-visit. Here, Richard tells us what surprised him most about Brentford, why West London is the place to be and what he'll be bringing to the area (beyond delicious margaritas!).
Meet Jon Russell
